WestCoast Pilates

Hi, my name is Anja and I am a fully qualified Level 3 Mat Pilates teacher. I also teach pre-and postnatal exercise and Pilates for common orthopaedic problems. I have a passion for Pilates, having personally benefited from it throughout my life and especially when I had my children. It helped me to maintain and restore my core and pelvic floor function, improve overall strength and wellbeing and find calm.
Pilates focuses on improving strength and body control. As a corrective exercise it can help to address the imbalances and weaknesses that everyone can develop as a result of pregnancy, injuries or daily movement habits. It can be adapted to suit every age and level of ability. I hope that you will find Pilates enjoyable and beneficial and I am looking forward to welcoming you to my class.
