Wild Blossom is a Forest School and Nature Based Learning provision located within private woodland just outside of Cardiff. We understand that a connection to nature is integral to our well-being as humans. That's why we are on a mission to create a safe, nurturing space for people of all ages to rekindle and deepen their relationship with the natural world, with themselves and their communities.
Cancelling a booking
A cancellation or postponement should be made immediately once it is known and confirmed in writing via email to info@wildblossomforestschool.uk.
Should Wild Blossom cancel an event a voucher for an alternative session or date will be offered. Reasons for cancellation may include extreme weather conditions (high winds, weather warning for heavy persistent rain etc) or trainer/leader illness. Please also refer to the extenuating circumstances section in booking information.
Individual bookings
• If less than 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for the event is given, full session cost will be incurred and not refunded or transferred.
• If more than 48 hours notice of the event is given a full refund will be provided.
• This also applies if sessions have been block booked. If you wish to cancel a single session then the above applies. If, however, you wish to cancel all/future sessions that were block booked (e.g. term) the above notice periods and charged fee applies to the next scheduled session only. The sessions to follow will be fully refunded.
