I understand that bookings are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I must give at least 48 hours' notice. Where sufficient notice is given, Wirral to West End may transfer the booking to another suitable session, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or non-attendance, cannot be transferred or refunded.
