HAF Funded places are available - there are 10 per day for the Summer camp

Bookings for summer 2026 will open as set out below:

Monday 8 June – for FSM families – all non-FSM bookings will be declined

Wednesday 10 June – for professional referrals

Monday 15 June – for all other cohorts self-referring (listed below)

Where is the holiday club held?

Wivelsfield Holiday Camps are held at Wivelsfield Primary School, South Road, RH17 7QN.

We are now Ofsted Registered so can accept tax free childcare payments. To book using tax free childcare please email Wivelsfieldsummercamp@hotmail.com with the dates you would like to book

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation prior to the commencement of the day cancelled Wivelsfield Holiday Camps will refund you within 30 days.

Cancellation Policy (including child sickness)

We require at least 14 days full notice of cancellation before the day your child is booked to attend.

More than 14 days notice - 100% refund

7 - 13 days notice - 50% refund

If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be given.
