What to expect?
Come and keep active during your pregnancy in a safe and relaxed setting at our award-winning exercise class for expecting mums taught by a fully qualified Pre and Postnatal exercise coach.

The fun, effective and friendly workout class for pregnant women in the water. Movement for motherhood, that’s the way we coach our mums to be to move in the water. We squat, lunge, rotate, bend & extend all the prime movement patterns you will use and need during your pregnancy motherhood & beyond.

This workout is suitable for all fitness levels. Using a mixture of water weights, floats and your body, exercising is a great way to build strength and maintain fitness for the growing demands pregnancy has on your body. We also focus on core stability & your pelvic floor. We incorporate fun, relaxation and time for you to socialise with other mums to be.

We are hugely passionate about empowering prenatal women to feel supported, empowered and educated when it comes to exercise and movement during pregnancy and believe that it can make for a more positive journey for mums to be and their babies.

How our tickets work?

Courses
We open our course booking's around the 5th of each month for following months course. These run in blocks of 3, 4 or 5 weeks. So for example for Februarys course booking we will release tickets on or around 5th January. As our classes are in high demand, we recommend you book a course, this means that you are guaranteed a spot at class each week and it works out at better value for money (saving 5%) If you are to book after the course has begun, you have the option to join up for the remainder of the course at any time. You will only pay for the remainder of the course left. (Subject to availability)

Trial tickets
If you are new to Aquanatal and fancy trialling our class, you can book a spot for a trial class on the date of your choice and receive 50% off your first class. Following your trial, you then have the option to sign up for the remainder of the course. Trial sessions are subject to availability each week and are bookable online.

Single tickets
Each class will have a small number of single tickets available to purchase however please note this subject to availability each week.
If a class is fully booked and you wish to be placed onto our waiting list for a specific class, please send me a email at info@womenfitcw.com

Aquanatal purchase and cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a class, you have booked and give 12 hours’ notice or more your spot can be transferred to a friend who can attend the class on your behalf. Please note it must be the class you are booked onto not an alternative class and WomenFIT are not responsible for any exchange of monies between parties.
All courses and classes are non-refundable. Any missed sessions during a course booking cannot be transferred to another week so when booking your spot please ensure you are able to attend the course in full.
If you are unable to attend a full course, we have single tickets available each week. (Subject to availability)
