Refund Policy

Bookings and payments are non-refundable.

Once a class, workshop, event or session has been booked, your space is reserved specifically for you. Due to our small class sizes and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, missed sessions or non-attendance.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible and at the discretion of Yogazen Wellness, we may be able to offer a transfer to another suitable class, session or date, subject to availability.

Gift vouchers, memberships, packages and special events are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted this refund policy.

Cancellations & Transfers

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend a class, workshop or event, please let us know as soon as possible.

Due to limited spaces, cancellations cannot be refunded. Where possible, and with enough notice, we may be able to transfer your booking to another suitable session, subject to availability.

Late cancellations and non-attendance are treated as a used booking.

Health & Wellbeing

Please inform your teacher before class of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or any concerns that may affect your practice.

Yoga, Pilates and wellbeing sessions are undertaken at your own responsibility. Please listen to your body, practise safely and never push beyond your own limits.

Changes to Classes

Yogazen Wellness reserves the right to make changes to the timetable, teachers or class format when necessary.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class, we will notify attendees as soon as possible and offer an alternative where available.

Memberships & Class Packages

Class passes, memberships and packages are for the named customer only and cannot be shared or transferred.

Unused classes expire according to the package terms stated at the time of purchase.
