✨ My aim is to provide a welcoming and relaxing space for everyone, so please arrive promptly. You will not be able to enter once the sound bath has started.
✨ Please put your phone on silent or turn it off when you arrive.
✨ Wear comfortable, warm clothing that allows you to move freely. You will be lying (or sitting) down during the sound bath.
✨ Avoid eating heavily before the session and do not drink alcohol or take any illegal substances prior to attending.
✨ Like most holistic approaches, sound therapy sessions can sometimes trigger a personal process. If this happens, remember to stay mindful and be a compassionate witness to your experience. If anything challenging comes up, you can always come back to your breathing, open your eyes, or focus on the sound.
✨ I am a qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner (British Academy of Sound Therapy). My approach is underpinned by a reflective method, which can help you process your experience. Sound therapy is a complementary holistic approach and should not be considered a replacement for other forms of treatment, such as counselling or medical care.
