Celebrate Earth Day with an energising gong bath at Fern Bothy!
This donation-based session is an invitation to pause, reconnect with the living world, and come together in community on Earth Day.
You're also invited to choose a song that helps you feel connected to the natural world. Your song will be added to our co-created Earth Day playlist, which I'll share afterwards for you to listen to at home. The session will close with my own contribution to the playlist.
🌿 Fern Bothy | Wednesday 22nd April | 7:15–8:45pm (doors open at 7pm)
🌀 Energising gong bath (12 spaces available)
☕ Herbal tea and dark craft Scottish chocolate included (vegan friendly)
💚 Donate £16-30. Contributions cover session costs and a percentage will be gifted to a local nature-focused charity (suggestions welcome).
Everything you need to make a cosy nest will be provided.
Please note: Gong baths are generally more stimulating and intense than sound baths! Gongs are very physical instruments, and their vibrations can often be felt throughout the body. Many people find this helps to clear stagnant energy, release physical tension, and shift emotions that feel “stuck.” The session will include a gong crescendo, which is often described as invigorating, energising, and exhilarating. Many people say they really enjoy this, but some people do find this part a wee bit overwhelming or challenging. If that’s the case for you, I invite you to bring your attention to your breath, using slow, deep breathing to help you stay grounded.
CONSIDERATIONS
Access to the studio is via a single flight of stairs
