Garden Meditation

Join me for our sensory exploration within , using the tangible qualities of plants to help us to anchor in the present moment whilst traveling through the senses in a deeply relaxing meditation experience.
This course would suit anyone who likes plants and the process of meditation but may possibly find formal meditation challenging .
The plant helps us to engage our senses in the here and now whilst breathing consciously and noticing how we are feeling without getting caught up in thought or emotion.
