Hi, i'm Gigi- a qualified (200hr RYT) Yoga Instructor and certified SOMAbreath Instructor. My style of teaching and facilitating is always friendly, playful and nourishing. Having recovered from breast cancer in my early 30's, my classes focus on both joy and a deep gratitude for life, as well as weaving in somatic practices and fascia release to soothe our nervous system and restore balance. If you have been to any of my classes you also know I love a vibey playlist and put a lot of effort into creating a safe and beautiful space for us all to practice.
