No cancellations or refunds allowed (too complicated!!). If you are unable to make a class (as can happen) you have 24 hours before the class to transfer the ticket across to a future booking (you can do this up to 3 weeks before). IF THERE ARE ANY TRANSFER OF TICKETS FROM THE LAUNCH CLASS AN EXTRA £3.00 WILL NEED TO BE PAID AT THE NEXT CLASS (in addition to the £3.00 glowsticks) - due to the discounted Launch only offer.
