Refund policy
Cancellations: If you can’t make your session, please let us know as soon as possible.
Refunds: We can offer a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the session.
Credit Transfer: If you cancel within 48 hours, we can’t issue a refund, but we’ll do our best to transfer your booking to a future session (subject to availability).
No-shows: Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or transfers if you don’t attend your booked session.
Event Cancellations: If GLOSS has to cancel a session, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
