Glow Within Sound Baths

Glow Within Sound Bath sessions are held every week at the beautiful Llanrumney Hall, in Llanrumney, Cardiff.

Lie down, get cosy, and let the healing sounds take you away, calming your nervous system, quietening your mind and aiding deep relaxation.

We are Gemma & Claire, a team of 2 combining both Sound Therapy & Reiki. This blend works together beautifully, bringing a level of peace that won't be forgotten.

Experience an hour of pure bliss in a safe, beautiful space ✨️

• A blanket & pillow
• Water
• Comfy clothes recommended

IMPORTANT: Not suitable during pregnancy, or for those with a pacemaker or epilepsy

Please arrive 10 minutes before to settle in. Late arrivals will not be admitted. The session will start promptly at the advertised time for the duration of one hour.
