I’m a 500+ hour registered yoga teacher with nearly two decades of personal practice, devoted to guiding others into deeper connection with themselves through embodied movement, breath, and stillness.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a homecoming—a way to tune in, settle the mind, and move in harmony with the rhythms of life. I hold warm, sacred spaces where we can pause, breathe, and reconnect—together. Through practices that soothe the nervous system and support daily living.

I offer a range of weekly in-person and online classes, welcoming all bodies and levels of experience.

My training spans Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, with further specialisations in Yin Yoga and the Five Elements, somatic movement, breathwork and sound healing.

Alongside regular classes, I also run monthly workshops and seasonal events, as well as deeply nourishing retreats that offer space to rest, restore, and reconnect.
