Stretch & De-stress will use techniques from Pilates and Yoga and will focus on strength and stretch in a calm environment. Using exercises for spinal mobility and core stability as well as working on those areas affected by modern life.
Classes are suitable for people aged 15+ of all fitness levels please wear comfortable clothes and feel free to bring extra layers or a blanket for relaxation.
Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you.
