Why do we suffer with symptoms such as sudden fatigue, weight

reaching affects of dips in oestrogen and progesterone. This series
of sessions looks at what is going on at peri menopause and what
foods and supplements are key to combating menopause symptoms
to help bring us back onto an even keel.
