We understand that plans can change. We offer refunds for tickets purchased directly through us according to the following guidelines:
More than 48 hours before the event: Full refunds are available.
Within 48 hours of the event: Refunds are not available. This allows us time to attempt to resell your ticket and minimise losses.
Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by Healing Heather Holistics a full refund will be issued automatically. Postponements are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to revised dates or alternative arrangements.
Processing Fees: While ticket prices are refundable per the above terms, processing fees are generally non-refundable.
