This experiential workshop will include quick and efficient revitalisation and relaxation techniques, including vagus nerve regulation, visualisation, progressive muscular relaxation, diaphragmatic breathing, elements of mindfulness and many more.
The participants will acquire practical knowledge of how to work with their body and mind that will produce results even if all they have is less than 1 minute. Yoga mats welcome but not essential.
