All without the need to talk about private & often confronting feelings!
This is a group class designed to help you get in touch & create a relationship with your emotions & let them move through you.
With the help of movement & music, you will be able to move from a cerebral, ‘thinking’ place to a deep embodied state that allows for understanding, acceptance & release.
It is my belief that the body is infinitely wise & is here to guide us toward better self-awareness & emotional literacy.
