ABOUT HEELS LAB
Heels Lab is a progressive monthly training programme created for dancers who want to develop strong foundations in heels, build confidence, and grow their performance ability over time.
This is not a drop-in class experience — it is a structured training space where each session contributes to long-term development.
MONTHLY STRUCTURE
Weeks 1–2 | TRAIN
We focus on technique and foundations, including walks, turns, lines, floorwork, isolations, musicality, expression and control.
Weeks 3–4 | CREATE
We apply everything into choreography, focusing on execution, artistry and performance quality, culminating in a monthly concept-style video.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Beginner-friendly — no prior heels experience required
• Consistency is encouraged for progression
• Limited spaces per class to maintain quality and attention
• All classes are held at Unit 3
• Bring heels you are comfortable dancing in (ankle support recommended)
