CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS. To cancel or transfer your booking please click on ‘view booking’ in your confirmation email. You can CANCEL up to 48 hours before your booking and TRANSFER to another session up to 24 hours before your booking. This must be done by the customer. Refunds can take 5-10 working days to process and occasionally a little longer. Please check with us before raising a dispute as a dispute costs us at least £20 in fees, which as a charity we cannot afford!
