Bring your own vehicle and explore scenic tracks and exclusive access to Bolfracks Estate on a fun day of off-road driving. This trek is great if you are new to off-roading. With less technical challenges and more of a scenic off-road trek, it’s a perfect family day out with a beautiful picnic stop included!
The day will start at 9:30am at the Land Rover Experience centre, a beautiful setting with stunning views across the loch. From there we will head to the off-road tracks at our driving centre in Dunkeld. The morning will be spent having fun on the vehicle assault course, where you can practise your off-road skills, then the group will depart in convoy to explore private tracks in Bolfracks Estate. The day will finish at around 4pm.
This trek is suitable for both single speed and twin speed vehicles. This means smaller 4x4s such as Discovery Sport, Velar and Evoque are welcome.
If you are unsure on vehicle suitability, please give us a call before booking. If your vehicle is unsuitable, we will issue you a refund.
Vehicles will need sufficient ground clearance for the routes we will be using, so give us a call if you are unsure whether your vehicle is suitable.
Land Rovers and non-Land Rovers are all welcome.
We would advise you to take out off-road insurance for your car. Vehicles must be taxed and fit for purpose, with good tyres, and be suitable for on-road as well as off-road driving.
Side steps and body kits are not advised due to the risk of grounding out. Tow balls should be taken off although this is not always practical; if so there will be a risk of grounding out.
