GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. For each gift voucher sold online there is an additional cost of £3.50 to cover postage and packing (where applicable).
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for a Gift Voucher purchased from Highland Offroad (3) Ltd for a full refund. Cancellations must be received in writing quoting your order reference within 14 working days of receipt and include proof of purchase documentation and sent to the address below. After 14 days your voucher is non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
There is a 5 day cancellation period should you wish to amend or cancel your booking. You will be unable to receive a refund for a booking made with a voucher however you will be able to change the booking prior to five days before your booked Experience. Bookings cancelled within 5 days cannot be rescheduled and you will forfeit your voucher.
