Our Cancellations Policy
Unfortunately Little Gulls do not offer any refunds in the case of participant illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation by Little Gulls
In the event that a decision is made to cancel an activity all participants and parents/carers will be informed at the earliest opportunity.
In the event that Little Gulls cancels a course, session or programme, all monies will be refunded in full, or if preferred, we’ll transfer the booking onto another day of your choice in lieu.
Little Gulls reserves the right to cancel all and any bookings without reason or notice. In this situation, Little Gulls agrees to repay in full and any deposits of course fees to the client.
Variation of courses by Little Gulls
An Little Gulls course is, by its very nature, subject to natural forces and whilst every reasonable effort is made to comply with course content, Little Gulls reserves the right to vary or modify a course itinerary at short notice in order to take advantage of naturally prevailing conditions.
The client acknowledges that information provided by Little Gulls is given to the best of our ability but because of the variability of nature it may be reasonable to alter or modify a course and that in such circumstances it is not reasonable for Little Gulls to be liable for any losses consequential on such a change and that Little Gulls` liability is limited accordingly.
