There are many benefits including strengthening your core and your lung capacity. Also, it is brilliant fun!
Our qualified and insured Mermaid & Mono fin instructor will take you through all of the safety aspects, aswell as the fun skills, in your session. This session also includes some brilliant Rookie Lifeguard survival and rescue skills.
Sessions are 45mins.
