Refund policy

In the event of cancellation by the customer, a 100% refund will be available if notification is received at least 1 week before the start of the holiday club. A 50% refund will be made if notification is received 48 hours before the start of the holiday club. No refunds thereafter.

If you child is unable to attend due to illness or for any other reason during the holiday club no refund will be made and days cannot be taken in lieu.

Failure to attend an event/activity will be deemed a cancellation and you will forfeit 100% of the event/activity fee.
