Sometimes we are not feeling it, sometimes we want to keep both feet on solid ground but aerial classes can take your yoga practice to a completely different level.
I am offering a series of aerial classes to get you used to aerial silks and to build up a basic skill base.
The silk can help support you in warrior pose, tree pose and even dancers pose which otherwise your stability may limit your time and stretch in this pose. It also offers a reassuring and comforting cocoon for shavasana.
The silk can also open up completely new set of opportunities for inversions such as a supported headstand which you may not be able to do without some support. Inversions are completely optional, fully supported and really fun!

Set in the tranquil setting of Damson Hill Cottage on the outskirts of Bishops Waltham. Come and soar surrounded by the beech woodland.
Bring a yoga mat. All jewellery must be removed or taped up to prevent damage to the delicate aerial silks if you are using the ones provided. Long leggings and a t-shirt or long sleeved top will help too.
