Holiday club sessions:
If you cancel your booking and you are unable to give at least one week's notice, you will be expected to pay the full cost of the session you have booked. Alternatively, another date will be offered.
Cancellations over a week in advance incur a 20% charge, taken off the refund.
Should Home Ed-Venturers cancel a forest holiday club event, an alternative date may be offered or a full refund will be made. Reasons for cancellation might include weather (high winds only, wind gusts over 42 mph) or leader illness. In case of illness, every effort will be made to seek replacement staff or to reschedule the session.
