HOST Gym Sessions

If the booker cancels the hiring, there will be no refunds if it is less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the event. Should it be before 24 hours then you may transfer your booking to a different date, to an available pitch hire of the same value, or choose to have the value of the booking refunded to the original payment card.

HOST reserves the right to cancel any hiring without notice if:

1. The facilities will, due to circumstances outside their control, be unavailable for the hire period.
2. The booker has failed to disclose material information concerning the proposed hiring.
3. There are reasonable grounds to conclude that the conditions of hire may be breached to a material extent.

In the event of (1) the offer of the booking to be transferred to an alternative date to suit both parties, HOST shall have no further liability to the booker. In the event of (2) or (3) any refund of hiring fees shall be at the discretion of HOST.
