If we are unable to run the Workshop due to low numbers we will refund any payment already made or can transfer the booking to another Workshop if both parties agree.

If you cancel your booking less than a week before delivery we will require payment in full.

Transfers - You are free to transfer places between employees within your organisation at no extra cost but please let us know.

In the unlikely case of the Workshop having to be cancelled by Housing Systems due to an emergency, we will do our best to agree a new delivery date no later than a month after the original, with no extra cost. If the course or a replacement course cannot be delivered a full refund of the booking fee will be given.

If required by your organisation a PO number must be sent prior to the event date otherwise attendance may not be confirmed.
