Nartan Rose Yoga

Hi, I'm Nartan— a passionate yoga practitioner and teacher. I began practising 15 years ago, experiencing many physical and mental benefits, and over time have developed a deep awe and appreciation for the ancient roots of the practice — self-awareness — achieved through movement, breath and stillness.

Moving mindfully and taking time to rest and recalibrate our mind, body and spirit as we go, my classes are focused and accessible and honour yoga’s traditional foundations. I invite your heart to listen as the yoga calls us to explore deeper connection with the subtler aspects of ourselves, and create space for positive change, growth and healing.
