A Rocket-vibe workshop where we explore the wild, intelligent, and slightly wacky side of arm balances and inversions.
Tune into your system. Use the body's own intelligence. Practice correct arm stacking, breath control, drishti focus and activation of bandhas to channel energy (prana), so the postures emerge.
Instructions
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a bottle of water and your own mat.
Please arrive minimum 5 min before the event, as we lock the doors 2 min before the start of the class.
