24-Hour Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
With more than 24 hours’ notice, bookings paid by card or bank transfer may either be refunded or transferred to another available class or Sound Bath, whichever you prefer.
If you booked using a class pass, the class credit will be returned to your pass, subject to the original pass expiry date.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, and no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable. If booked using a class pass, the class credit will be deducted.
If A Happy Life needs to cancel a session, you will of course be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking.
