Refund & Transfer Policy
Please check all dates, times and booking details carefully before making your purchase.
All bookings are non-refundable. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, including illness, injury, changes to personal circumstances, travel disruption or being unable to attend.
Class Passes: If you are unable to attend a class you have booked, your booking may be transferred to another eligible class within the validity period of your pass, subject to availability.
Bookings cannot be transferred beyond the expiry date of the original class pass.
