Anam Sona Yoga is led by Olga, who is passionate about the benefits of yoga for every body, mind and soul. Anam Sona translates to Happy Soul!

Olga has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, and has studied (and practices) vinyasa flow, yin, restorative yoga, mantra, pranayama, yoga nidra and has also completed training in Yoga for the stages of Menopause. It is her aim to help share yoga practices and show it extends far beyond the physical poses we most associate with yoga. She is always learning which helps her be a compassionate and informative guide for those who attend her workshops and classes.

If you coming to any event, please bring your own mat and any extras you feel will help you have a cosy relaxation at the end of class (blanket, socks, etc.)
