Refunds are not permitted or offered unless an entire class session is cancelled by The Art Department. We will consider requests to exchange tickets for other dates. This is a discretionary service. Our classes rely on public subsidy and we must be able to plan and pay for artists and materials with confidence and rely on ticket income for our charity to balance the programme and our offer.
