In this 2hr workshop we will work towards removing body blocks and stimulating the energy to flow freely… to ‘let love flow’.
Kundalini yoga is a strong energetic practice, referred to by many as ‘the yoga of awareness’, ‘the yoga of awakening’... or 'the crack cocaine of yoga' - Russell Brand!!!
Yoana will be guiding you through breathing techniques, dynamic meditative poses and mantra's, you will renew your system leaving you feeling full of love & energy.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins so you can get checked in & settled on the mat - If it's your first time joining us to practice, you'll need a couple of minutes to fill in our student registration & waiver form.
