If you’re in need of some ‘you’ time, look no further mama. After our first Baby Mama Bliss sold out we are pleased to be back once again, allowing busy mamas to step out of the chaos & into the calm 🫶🏼
Join us for an evening that invites you to slow down, rest and restore! ✨
Your evening will begin with a warm, calming herbal tea and the option to pull an oracle card. We’ll move into some gentle breathwork and guided relaxation with Laura to calm the nervous system, and to lead you into a relaxed and reflective state 🌿
You will then be guided into a deeply restorative 90 minute sound bath, where sound frequencies and vibrational energy wash over you. The sound journey includes a soothing guided meditation and a blend of gorgeous bowls and instruments 💫

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask (if you have one, not compulsory but does improve experience!), some water and wear comfy, warm clothes and socks! 🧦🧘🏼♀️

PLEASE NOTE
Sound baths are not recommended if you have a pace maker, severe heart condition, epilepsy, psychosis, schizophrenia or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. If you're unsure if this is right for you or you're in a later stage of pregnancy, please check with your GP before booking. Participating is at your own discretion.
