1.General Tickets:
-Tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled session you’re booked on to unless there is a specific refund policy in place for the event you have booked, where the details will be uploaded to the sessions information page and consent/booking form.
-Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of the session are non-refundable.
-To cancel your ticket, please contact me directly via email or Instagram.

2.Private Sessions (1:1, 1:2, 1:3 sessions, parties, private group events, corporate sessions, retreats):
-A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken at the point of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice of your session/event are non-refundable. (If you have a prepaid voucher, a deposit is not required).
-Some private sessions have specific refund policies which will be uploaded to the events information page and the consent/booking form. Those specific policies will take precedence over the ‘1. general tickets’ policy above.
-To cancel your ticket, please contact me directly via email or Instagram.

3. Vouchers:
-Vouchers are non-refundable except at my discretion. Participation is subject to satisfactory completion of specific health questions. If it is determined that participating is not recommended, a refund will be issued or expiry date extended where possible.
-Vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
-For any 1:1's, 1:2's or any other private gift voucher types, specific T&Cs will be stated on the voucher.

4.If i need to cancel:
-In the unlikely event I need to cancel a session and no suitable cover is available, a full refund will be arranged.
-I will always provide as much notice as possible and contact you directly.

5.Other Circumstances:
-Refunds or exchanges outside of the above are at my discretion.
-Tickets are non-transferrable, as each participant is required to provide individual health information and agree to the ‘Client Waiver & Terms of Participation’ before attending.

6.Refund Processing:
-Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
