Transfers & Refunds

You have the option to transfer your booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class. To do this, please go to MANAGE YOUR BOOKING and select the Transfer ticket option.

Terms and Conditions of transfers:

• Transfers can be made up to 24 hours prior to the start of the class.
• Transfers can be made to an event at the same location and of the same value.
• Transfers are available inline with the stipulations of the ticket type you have purchased:
  • Single sessions: unlimited
  • Bulk Buy: within 365 days of the first class booked with the pass
• Cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated, reaccredited to a Bulk Buy, transferred or refunded.
