REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY -

Once booked places are non-refundable; including cancellations, no shows, missed or unredeemed passes. This is due to running costs, time involved, limited spaces & potential loss of earnings.

It is down to management's discretion whether any individual ticket places may be transferred, which is subject to availability; providing the place can be filled & a minimum of 48 hours notice is provided for all Gong Baths & workshops, prior to the start time & 24 hours notice is provided for Bumba Dance Fitness & SITness classes, prior to the start time. This is not guaranteed.

Cancelling within the set cancellation time periods stated forfeits your fee. Should you give enough notice &/or we can fill your place then you may be able to transfer. Alternatively you are most welcome to gift to a friend or family member.

Management reserves the right to resell ticket spaces in the event of no shows or late cancellation, by the event start time.

Partial/full reimbursements as credits may be considered for class/workshop cancellation by the instructor only, due to adverse traffic/weather conditions, instructor sickness, venue closure, or other extenuating circumstances, due to the set up costs involved in running sessions; which is beyond our control.
