I deeply value each and every person who chooses to book onto one of my Yoga classes, workshops or events, and I acknowledge that it's an investment of your time and energy.
An for that reason I wish to have a transparent and honest cancellation policy.
If, for any reason, I have to cancel the session, workshop or event I will provide you with a full refund and as much notice as practically possible!
If you need to cancel for any reason within 10 days notice I am unable to offer a refund. I am quite happy for you to send someone else in your place if you just drop me a message to let me know.
If you need to cancel with more than 10 days notice I will offer either to transfer your ticket to another session (where the same cancellation policy applies), a credit or a 50% refund.
I aim to start sessions promptly at the time indicated so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set yourself up (but no earlier as I am still setting up). I cannot allow people to arrive late due to the nature of the session as it would ruin the experience for other attendees. If you arrive late you will not be able to attend and I am unable to offer a refund or to roll over the booking to another date.
I understand that things can happen unexpectedly and I have tried to negotiate other ways around cancellations to limit the impact this has on clients if they occasionally have to cancel.
I have previously tried advertising cancelled spaces so I can offer refunds, but this hasn't usually been successful at short notice. If I roll over the ticket to another class session, workshop or event this has the same financial impact on me as it takes an available space away.
I hope that you can understand why I have to make the bookings a commitment so I can ensure the classes, sessions, workshops or events are viable for me to continue running. I have tried to make the policy as fair as I can. Thank you for booking with me and I hope you find the sessions beneficial
