TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds for bookings will be made on the following basis :-
More than 30 days in advance – full refund
14-29 days in advance – 60% refund
Less than 14 days in advance – no refunds (in this situation we may at our discretion offer a place on a future course for delegates)
Notice must be provided in writing or via email to info@canningsheridan.com
We reserve the right to change or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case we will offer a full refund or alternative dates. Where we have to postpone or cancel a course we will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by delegates or their organisations.
