BodiBlossom Burlesque Carlisle: Empowering burlesque dance classes for women-aligned folk.
We aim to provide a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory space where you can rediscover your confidence, learn some new skills and be part of a wonderful community.
We welcome all individuals, regardless of shape, size, or if you identify within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Each workshop follows the same routine: a low-impact warm-up, fundamental dance technique, beginner-friendly choreography and a lovely cool-down. So no dance experience is required for you to take part! All moves can be modified to suit your ability.
