Any session missed due to sickness/ holiday or any other reason will not be reimbursed. In addition if you are to leave before the term ends, Chipmunk Music will not reimburse remaining fees.
Should Chipmunk Music fail to provide any classes for any reason (except any Covid-19 related test and trace issue, or exceptionally bad weather preventing classes taking place) all participants will either have an extra date added into the term dates, or if this is not possible, the proportionate fees will be deducted from their next terms payment.
Should Chipmunk Music fail to provide any classes due to any Covid-19 related test and trace issue, or exceptionally bad weather preventing classes taking place, fees from this session will not be reimbursed.
