We allow tickets to be cancelled, via Bookwhen, up to 48 hours before events.
The tickets will then be offered for sale again via Bookwhen. Refunds are not guaranteed - refunds will only be issued if tickets are successfully re-sold.
The booking fee of 50p per ticket will not be refunded in any circumstances.
