Activity Booking Payment & Cancellation Policy
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your activity place.
• Bookings may be transferred to another date/time or activity up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled activity time.
• Activities may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity start time are non-refundable.
• Any booking that has been transferred to another date/time or activity are not eligible for a refund, regardless of cancellation time.
• Failure to attend an activity without notice will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation.
Refunds will incur a small admin fee of £1
