Refund and transfer policies differ depending on the event.
Please note, that cancelling your place using the website will NOT automatically issue a refund - if your ticket qualifies for a refund you will need to contact us to arrange this.
For most events (e.g. 6 week courses, weekend workshop and especially those from guest presenters) we usually cannot offer refunds, but we are happy to help you advertise your ticket to other potential participants who may wish to buy it from you.
SINGLE CLASS TICKETS
Our regular weekly Study Group / Open Practice, and in some cases shorter workshops can be transferred to another date/event until 2 days before the event starts. Tickets can only be transferred once.
5 / 10 CLASS PASSES
If you have a pass and cannot attend a session you have booked, please DO NOT cancel your ticket — instead transfer your pass use to the next date you can attend. Each pass use can be transferred once.
