Day Time Groups
Our Home Education Daytime Groups are small, supportive online sessions designed for children educated at home during the school day. The groups provide structure, routine and high-quality teaching while supporting confidence, communication and engagement.
Sessions run in Reading, Writing and Maths, with carefully grouped ages and a maximum of 6 pupils per group to allow for individual attention and meaningful interaction.
Each 55-minute session follows a predictable and supportive structure:
warm-up and retrieval → clear teaching → guided practice → independent work → reflection and review
Teaching focuses on:
Building core academic skills at an appropriate pace
Developing independence and confidence as a learner
Supporting communication and turn-taking in a small group
Providing clear routines and expectations
All sessions are delivered live via Zoom by a qualified teacher, using a trauma-informed, relational approach. Lessons are calm, structured and flexible, with regulation supports welcomed.
Important information:
Online sessions – camera on, microphone used when appropriate
A parent/carer must remain in earshot for safeguarding
Pupils should join from a quiet, supervised workspace
Children may use fidgets, movement breaks or regulation tools as needed
Places are limited and offered as block bookings to ensure continuity and progress.
Payment options include pay-in-full or instalment plans (where available).
