Cancellations for birthday parties only up to 28 days before your event, will incur a £10 administrative fee, which will be deducted from your deposit. Rescheduling is free of charge (Subject to availability). If you need to cancel within 28 days of your event, you will forfeit 100% of the deposit.

Play session tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable but you are able to transfer your ticket to another date. Your ticket can only be transferred once.
